Aliyah has sung/hummed before she could talk. At six, she was ready for vocal lessons. Unfortunately, there weren't any instructors in Tucson who were willing to take on a six year old. Luckily, we found the Magic Voice Studio. Stevie is one of those rare teachers who not only has a strong academic background, but extensive performing experience as well. From her very first lesson, it was clear that Stevie would be able to provide Aliyah with the tools, knowledge and guidance she needed to become successful. Stevie has also provided Aliyah with many opportunities to do what she loves most, to perform. From voice recitals, competitions, musicals, workshops and numerous events around the city, Stevie is constantly looking out for her students. Without a doubt, Aliyah would not be the performer she is today without Stevie.
Greylyn Zurita is 14 years old and started lessons with Stevie June 2014. Her voice has dramatically improved and her confidence has soared. Greylyn wanted to take lessons from Stevie as several several kids she looks up to in CYT are also students. Greylyn hopes to continue to improve vocally and maybe one day perform on Broadway.
