Fall is in the air, and that means it’s time to bring some festive fun to Fayetteville’s Historic Square! We’re inviting all downtown businesses to join us in creating a Scarecrow Stroll that will add charm, creativity, and plenty of autumn spirit for the whole community to enjoy.

Who Can Enter

This opportunity is open to all businesses in the Main Street District. Whether you’re a shop, restaurant, or office, you can take part in the fun by designing and displaying your very own scarecrow.

Theme Guidelines

• Must be family-friendly

• Fall-themed and fun

• No political or offensive content

Think pumpkins, plaid, hay bales, fall leaves, and of course — your most creative scarecrow ideas!

Important Dates

• Deadline for Installation: September 29th

• Display Dates: All scarecrows must remain up through at least October 11th

Judging & Awards

Scarecrows will be judged in the following categories:

• 🏆 Most Creative

• 🏆 Best Business-Related Theme

• 🏆 People’s Choice Award
